Automated Stablecoin Payment Workflows with MPCVault

Product Update

For any platform that accepts stablecoin deposits, each incoming transfer must be detected, verified against the official token contract, held until the block reaches finality, and credited to the correct customer account. The funds must then be consolidated into a treasury wallet. On EVM networks, that step requires funding every deposit address with the native token for gas before its stablecoins can be moved.
Collection is only the first step. The same funds are later converted to fiat to settle with merchants, paid out to merchants, or moved between hot and cold wallets under internal approval rules. Each of these steps typically requires a separate vendor or an internal system.
MPCVault brings collection, treasury management, and payouts together on a single non-custodial platform, which is why more than 1,000 organizations use MPCVault to process over $5 billion in transaction volume every week.
Exchanges and Brokerages
Exchanges process a continuous stream of user deposits and withdrawals, and manual approvals cannot keep pace with that volume. With the MPCVault Wallet API and Client Signer, withdrawals are signed automatically according to the exchange’s own business logic. Transaction Policies govern transfers between the exchange's own wallets. Any team member can approve routine top-ups to a pre-approved wallet, while transfers above a set daily amount require approval from multiple managers.
Payment Processors
A payment processor that accepts stablecoins on behalf of its merchants must attribute each payment to the right customer, confirm that it is genuine and final, and collect the funds for settlement, often across thousands of customer addresses. Deposit and Sweep handles this process from start to finish. Each customer receives a dedicated deposit address linked to the customer ID the processor already uses, so every payment is attributed automatically without requiring a payment reference. The processor receives a signed notification when a payment arrives and a second once it is final. MPCVault then sweeps the funds into the processor’s omnibus wallet and funds the gas for each sweep, deducting a small network fee from the swept amount. The processor no longer needs to fund individual addresses or maintain its own collection system.
Marketplaces
Marketplaces pay large numbers of sellers and creators on a recurring schedule. With Batch Payments, the finance team runs each payout cycle from the MPCVault web console without engineering support. The team uploads the payout list as a spreadsheet, reviews the recipients, and sends the entire cycle as a single transaction. Each payout appears individually in the transaction history, and the team can duplicate the previous batch to start the next cycle.
Merchants
Merchants that accept stablecoins still pay suppliers and settle invoices in local currency. The Fiat Off-Ramp pays a supplier's verified bank account directly from the merchant's stablecoin balance, without first moving the funds through an exchange. For smaller recurring costs, such as software subscriptions and travel, MPCVault Cards let staff spend from the company's USDC balance within a limit set for each card.
